Returns & Exchanges – Blvck Africa
Because each Blvck Africa item is handmade on demand, we do not offer returns for refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
🔄 Exchanges
We understand that sizing or fit may not always be perfect the first time. We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached).
- Customers are responsible for the return courier/shipping fees unless the exchange is due to a fault on our side.
To request an exchange, email us at hello@blvckafrica.com with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and preferred size/item.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Because we create each item on demand, we do not accept returns for refunds unless:
- The item is received damaged or with a production defect
- The wrong item was sent
If this is the case, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos, and we’ll gladly replace or refund your item.
📦 How to Send Back an Item
Once your exchange or return has been approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for safely sending your item back.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
- Custom pieces may not be eligible for exchange.
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
